This easy to use breath scan device will determine if your alchohol level is .04% or greater. In many states .04% is consider legally intoxicated. It is very easy to use: Just squeeze the outer plastic tube activating the yellow crystals, then take a deep breach and exhale through the tube. If the crystals turn a greenish color there is a level of alcohol present. If the crystals turn bluish that indicates that the the alcohol level is about .04 percent.
